MFM Daily Devotional 28th September 2020 Today Message by Pastor D. K. Olukoya

Memory Verse: 1Timothy 6:16“Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.”

Motivational Quote: The enemy’s main purpose for planting landmines is to achieve an evil explosion.

Prophetic Word: Any power attacking your business, attacking your staff of bread within the next 24hours, those powers shall be buried alive, in the name of Jesus.

Fire Scripture: Proverbs 25:23; Job 37:22

Today’s Outline: We have an interesting point to consider in today’s devotional which further shows that God is a man of war and He takes delight in carrying out devastating invasions against the host of darkness. He has earmarked a specific weapon for this temple invasion. It is the north wind. It is a terrific weapon. It is a particular wind which emanates from the north which the abode of the Almighty. It is a spiritual warfare weapon that portrays the terrible majesty of God.

The north wind is a messenger of God’s terrible majesty. When it comes, it drives away rain. The same strength with which the north wind drives away rain is exactly the same strength and speed with which the weapon will drive away your enemies and push them to the red sea. Hence, the north wind is not a weapon which the enemy can toy with. When you command the north wind to be blown into the camp of the enemy, it will drive away all their blessings and make their joy to evaporate.

When the terrific north wind is by the wrath of the Almighty, evil spirits that are working on the agenda of expanding, your bondage will suddenly be dispersed and blown into the pit of darkness. Just as the nature north wind comes in its fury, this weapon will achieve a divine invasion that will completely bind your enemy with hot fetters and chains of iron.

The weapon of the north wind is the best weapon to use when you discover that the evil powers that buried your destiny are not visible. You need this weapon when you are confronted by fetish and occult powers. You also need it when you discover that the rope of bondage that is binding you is in several folds.

The weapon of the north wind is needed when you are contending with principalities and powers. You need to make use of weapon when the powers behind false religions are attacking you.

“Abide with us, the day is waning,”
Thus prayed the two while on the way;
We read that Thou, O Lord, remaining,
Didst all their doubts and fears allay.
Incline Thine ear, Thou King of Grace,
When, praying thus, we seek Thy face.

At eventide, Thy Spirit sending,
Help us, O Lord, our watch to keep,
In prayer devout before Thee bending,
Ere we our eyelids close in sleep,
Confessing sin in deed and word
With hope of mercy from the Lord.

Abide with us; with heav’nly gladness
Illumine, Lord, our darkest day;
And when we weep in pain and sadness,
Be Thou our Solace, Strength and Stay.
Tell of Thy woe, Thy victory won,
When Thou didst pray: “Thy will be done.”

Abide with us, O Savior tender,
That bitter day when life shall end,
When to the grave we must surrender,
And fear and pain our hearts shall rend.
The shield of faith do Thou bestow
When trembling we must meet the foe.

When earthly help no more availeth,
To sup with us Thou wilt be nigh;
Thou givest strength that never faileth,
In Thee we grave and death defy.
While earth is fading from our sight,
Our eyes behold the realms of light.

1. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for You are the provider of good things in life.
2. I thank You for all You have given to me in this life, in the name of Jesus.
3. In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, I dedicate my life and all that belong to me to God, in the name of Jesus.

1. Father, let Your power keep away the invasion of the enemy away from me, in the name of Jesus.
2. Let the power of God arise to deliver me and all that belong to me from the hand of the oppressors, in the name of Jesus.
3. Oh let the paths of the robbers assigned against my life be dark and slippery, in the name of Jesus.
4. All counsels to steal from me or rob me of my blessings, shall fail, in the name of Jesus.
