COVID-19: Nigeria records 196 new cases with Lagos on the lead

The Coronavirus cases in Nigeria surpasses previous numbers as new cases hit 196, with Lagos state on the lead with 87 new cases.

According to a new report released by the Nigeria Center For Disease Control, NCDC through its Twitter official page which shows the highest cases ever witnessed in a day. A total of 196 cases of the Coronavirus confirmed as at 11:55 pm on Wednesday night bringing it to a total of 1728.

Unfortunately, Lagos takes the lead share of it with 87 persons confirmed followed by Kano with 24 and Gombe 18 cases.

As at 11:55pm 29th April- 1728 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.
