Seeds of Destiny 13 September 2018: The Word of God and Mental Renovation by Dr. Paul Enenche

Topic: The Word of God and Mental Renovation

SCRIPTURE: Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. Acts 6:3-4

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: A change of thoughts translates into a change of action and a change of action translates into a change of outcome.

MESSAGE: There is a purpose for every Word of God. The Word of God has a well-defined assignment or ministry to fulfil on Earth. That is why God makes us to understand that the Word that proceeds from His Mouth has a definite purpose to fulfil (Isaiah 55:10-12). Therefore, it is very important to understand the assignment or ministry of the Word of God in the life of the Christians.

So, what is the ministry of the Word?
God’s Word renews or renovates mind-set
God sends His Word to renew or renovate the mind and thought patterns of man (Isaiah 55:8-9). This means that the Word of God is the container of the thoughts of God; the Word contains God’s ways of thinking. So, association with the Word of God is renovation of mentality. Every time we step into the Word of God, our mentality is sharpened, our mind-set begins to change, our ways of thinking begin to change and our thoughts are renewed and renovated.

Seeds of Destiny 13 September 2018: The Word of God and Mental Renovation by Dr. Paul Enenche

You know, whenever thought changes, action changes; a change of thought equals a change of action and a change of action equals a change of outcome. So, continuous contact with the Word equals upgrade of mentality and upgrade of mentality equals upgrade of activity, and upgrade of activity equals upgrade of destiny.

Beloved, my counsel is, do not just read the Bible religiously, study it and let it change your mind-set.

Remember this: A change of thoughts translates into a change of action and a change of action translates into a change of outcome.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Make up your mind to study God’s Word diligently.
2. Allow God’s Word to renew and renovate your mind-set for a profitable and productive life and destiny.

Seeds of Destiny 20 December 2018 – The Inverse Relationship Between Sin And Prayer written by Pastor Paul Enenche.

SEEDS OF DESTINY WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2018

SCRIPTURE: After this manner, therefore, pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Matthew 6:9-12.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: When you protect yourself from sin, you preserve your relationship with God.

The lifestyle of prayer and the life of sin are diametrically opposed, mutually exclusive, inversely proportional and absolutely antithetical to each other. That is why prayer cannot be effective in the life of a Christian who is living in sin. One of the major objectives of sin is the attack on a person’s relationship with God. The decision to sin is a decision against prayer and the decision to pray is a decision against sin. Seeds of Destiny 20 December 2018

Therefore, it is important that sin be dealt with first before prayer becomes effective.

Now, how does sin affect prayer life?
Prayer keeps people from sin and sin keeps people from praying. Those who pray more sin less and those who pray less sin more. The life of prayer and the life of sin are mutually exclusive and diametrically opposed; they do not exist together. The flow of prayer becomes a struggle when sin is involved.

Today’s Seeds of Destiny 20 December 2018 by Dr. Paul Enenche

Sin broke Adam’s relationship with his Creator. Adam was kicked out of the Garden on the platform of sin.

The greatest loss on earth is not the loss of money, job or a relationship but the loss of the relationship between man and his Maker; that is an eternal loss, if it is not recovered.

Beloved, when you protect yourself from sin, you preserve your relationship with God. It is your choice to keep yourself with God always. Shun every appearance of sin in your life; and if you have already fallen into sin, rise up, confess your sin, repent of your sin and sin no more. Decide to pray always in order to remain in God’s Presence.

REMEMBER THIS: When you protect yourself from sin, you preserve your relationship with God.

ASSIGNMENTS (Seeds of Destiny 20 December 2018):

1. Pray without ceasing
2. Distance yourself from every wrong relationship or association that may lead you into sin and hinder your prayer life.

PRAYER: O Lord, I ask that You keep me in Your Presence always. Keep me away from every hindrance and distraction, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

Seeds of Destiny 19 December 2018 – The Benefits of Dedicated Worship by Pastor Paul Enenche

SEEDS OF DESTINY TUESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2018

SCRIPTURE: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; Philippians 3:10

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The glory of God travels in the direction of worship; the Presence of God travels in the direction of praise.

One of the marks of our dedication to God is the depth of our praise and worship. The pursuit of God is directly proportional to the worship and praise of God. The depth of our relationship with God is what fuels our depth in worshipping God. When you come around dedicated worshippers, you feel God.

Seeds of Destiny 19 December 2018 – The Benefits of Dedicated Worship by Pastor Paul Enenche

Paul the apostle, without a doubt, was one of the most dedicated men in Scriptures. Paul speaking passionately in Philippians 3:10 said, that I may know him and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his suffering…

As dedicated as Paul was, he was also a deep worshipper of God (Philippians 4:4); he had a heart of consistent worship. The deeper your dedication to God, the deeper your praise and worship.

Praise and worship keep dedicated people in the Presence of their Maker. They are fully aware of God’s Presence and will do anything to keep themselves in God’s Presence. The glory of God travels in the direction of worship; the presence of God travels in the direction of praise. Seeds of Destiny 19 December 2018

Today, I decree greater manifestations of God’s glory and Presence on your life in this season, in Jesus’ Name.
REMEMBER THIS: The glory of God travels in the direction of worship; the Presence of God travels in the direction of praise.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Make praise and worship a lifestyle, not just a duty.
2. Ensure that you live a life free of guilt in order to access the Presence of God.

PRAYER: O Lord, I praise You at all times. Let the fragrance of Your Presence flow out of my life at all times, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
