A Miss Bumbum model who lost her leg when her jealous ex-boyfriend ran her over wants to “break prejudices”.

Rubia Machado, who is representing her state of Tocantins, in this year’s competition, has opened up about becoming a model for the legendary Brazilian beauty contest.

She said her first ever “sexy” photoshoot was a “dream come true”.

It marks an incredible turnaround for Rubia who was left fighting for her life after her thug ex attacked her.

She said: “It was difficult after what happened but I had to turn my life around and keep going.”

“I am just as much of a woman as the other girls and I am trying to break prejudices.”

During her latest photo session, Rubia was seen writhing around on a sofa as she posed in a number of provocative positions with her curvaceous bum taking centre stage.

She added: “I had never done a sexy shoot before. I felt very sexy.

“This is a dream come true”.

Rubia was left in a critical condition when she was run over by her jealous ex and doctors had to fight to save the aspiring model’s life following the horror smash.

Specialist were able to revive Rubia but were forced to amputate her.

The final of the Miss Bumbum contest will take place on November 6 in Sao Paulo, with 26 other girls all competing for the coveted crown.
