A MAN was airlifted to hospital after getting stabbed in the head at a service station – in a row over a parking space, a witness claims.

Surrey Police has launched an investigation following the serious assault on the 20-year-old at Cobham Services on Monday afternoon.

Disturbing footage of the aftermath of the attack shows the young man receiving first aid from police as a woman screams for him to be helped.

In the clip the victim can be seen laying unresponsive on the floor and a distressed woman can be heard screaming “please help him, please help him” in the background.

Police have now launched an investigation into the incident at the service station, just off the M25 in Cobham, Surrey, appealing for anyone who may have seen a white van in the area to come forward.
