You are reading Today’s Seeds of Destiny Devotional written by Pastor Paul Enenche
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Separation from God is the foundation for destruction.
It has been confirmed that the devil wants to ruin the destiny of a person, he separates him from God. The craving to be independent of God is an invitation to disaster.
It is like an aircraft trying to be independent of its pilot. Separation from God is the foundation for destruction.
When the devil wanted to tempt Eve, he separated her from Adam. Adam was probably in part of the Garden of Eden while Eve was in another part. So Satan engaged Eve in a conversation that ruined the destiny of both of them (Genesis 3: 1-19).
That is why in a marriage, the husband is his own and the wife is on her own, disaster is inevitable.
What is called division is nothing but di-vision (Two visions). Anytime two people have different visions, division has arrived.
When the devil wanted to destroy the destiny of Lot, he gave him another vision; And the moment Lot was disconnected from his godly uncle, Abraham, his destiny crashed.
Beloved, the strategy of Satan has not changed. If he wants to ruin a person’s life, he would make him live independent of God. So, decide never to allow anything from God.
Remember this: Separation from God is the foundation for destruction.
1. Passionately draw closer to God daily.
2. Express your heart of love to God whenever you worship Him.
3. Always let God know that you are nothing without Him.
