ISIS butchers have slaughtered 33 young people in the Syrian desert in the group’s biggest mass execution of the year so far, it is reported.
The victims, aged between 18 and 25, were brutally killed using “sharp tools” yesterday, according to a UK-based monitoring group.
They were “executed” on the outskirts of a hole dug by ISIS in the al-Mayadin desert, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said .
The hole was “filled with blood”.
The victims’ identities are currently unknown, but the Observatory said “marks of slaughter” appeared on their necks. Continue reading from source
