tnp

So, how did you clinched there as a winner of TNP 2016?

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
Sir! It wasn’t easy at all..it was just the grace of god.i myself i never expected it. I only did my best and what was expected of me, and then I left the rest for God.

tnp

U are sounding godly, are u a Christian?

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
Lol!! sure I am

So, how would relate with the trend, since some people are painting beauty Queens prostitutes?

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
Well, with the recent trend of beauty queen termed prostitutes. It is a misconception not the truth anyway. I say this is sickening. It’s sad to see that one has passion for what others are busy ruining. Pageantry was created for the glitz, fashion exhibition, promotion of products, projection of culture & tourism, creating friendship. With its soul aim of returning everything or parts of profit made to the less privileged in the society. The aim of beauty queens should have been on emerging a winner and standing for a cause in life. Yet most persons misuse and abuse the platform because of what they stand to gain individually.

tnp

That’s nice! So what will be your pet projects within the 12 months?

tnp

tnp

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
Well sir! I would say my pet projects would be curbing youth restiveness and 5000 vaccines for 5000 lives. I would organise Sensitization programmes by enhancing information flow through workshops, seminars and lectures.

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
Like I said earlier sir.. pageantry is for creating friendship, promotion of products, projection of culture & tourism..

What will be the difference between you and other Queens?

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
What I’ll stand out for, or how I’d like to be distinguished from other Queens are simply my own secrets. But yes I’d reign successfully, execute 12 pet projects in 12months, see that I fight health issues to it’s minimum rate. And impact others too.

Ok. What’s your perception about pageant and the way forward in Africa

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
My perception about Pageantry in Africa and the way forward is; pageantry is fruitful, fulfilling, lucrative and consumes much money as much as it benefits a nation. That’s my perception. The only way forward for Africa is our leaders coming to terms with investing and supporting brands who show genuine interests in putting up such shows. The need to tap into the benefits of pageantry as a form of entertainment is immensely profitable. Africa should support its contestants, individuals and brands that are into pageantry mostly financially, socially and otherwise.

So, what are those health issues you will fight? Be specific

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
Well with the grace of God! I would fight Polio, Cancer, and Malaria

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
As a woman, I’m going to live right. Be positive and determined towards achieving a goal that would be termed manly. I would ask that every woman should love and empower each other towards greatness.

What legacy to leave behind after your reign?

Evlyn Chuks TNP:
Legacy? OK, I just want to be remembered for all the projects I executed, the love I gave and the drive with which I delivered my duties.

In what way are you going to raise fund to finance your projects based on the economic situation of the country?

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
Well sir, I would seek fund from my family,  from benevolent individuals, our government. Who are bent on bettering the lives of people.

Who is your role model?

Queen Evelyn Chuks TNP:
My role model is me, because for me, everyday is an endeavour to do the original source better than yesterday.

Finally your words to your fans, family and friends. And are they expecting from you.
