Diana Tambe during a visit to FIDA Bayelsa office said FIDA as a reputable organisation provides her the opportunity to help the Africa Girl-Child.
In her welcome remarks, Barrister Dise Ogbise-Erhisere, Chairperson FIDA Bayelsa noted that the girl child is treated differently from her male counterpart; in several communities, female children cannot, as a matter of tradition, inherit their deceased parent’s property.
She therefore call for the collaborative efforts of all people of goodwill to overcome them.
